Warranty coverage:
Authentication of Pearls: Our guarantee guarantees the authenticity of the pearls and confirms that they are genuine and of the stated type and quality.
Terms and conditions:
- The guarantee is valid for 5 years from the date of purchase for the jewelry settings.
- Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the jewelry setting, precious metal materials or any other components of the jewelry. If any part of the jewelry needs to be repaired, replaced or adjusted, a fee will be charged based on the cost of materials and workmanship. We will inform our customers and ask for prior confirmation before any repair is made.

- Wear them with care: pearls are delicate and should be the last accessory you put on and the first you take off. Avoid contact with makeup, perfume and hairspray. It is important to wear pearls often so that they are moisturized and benefit from air circulation.
- Cleaning: Wipe your pearls with a soft, damp cloth after each wear to remove any residue. Avoid using harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners.
- Storage: Store pearls in a soft cloth bag or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box to avoid scratches and tangling with other jewelry.
- Avoid water: Do not immerse pearls in water or wear them while swimming or bathing, as this may weaken the silk thread and attack the nacre.
- Regular care: Have your pearls restringed regularly by a professional jeweler, especially if you wear them frequently. To help you care for your pearls, we offer a free voucher every three years to re-string classic pearl strands or bracelets to ensure they last a long time.

Due to the nature of silver and other non-gold materials, our warranty does not cover tarnishing on these pieces. However, tarnish can easily be cleaned or polished.

No, the cloth is not suitable for gold plates as it can wear away the coating over time.
There are 2 types of white gold - rhodium plated and non-rhodium plated, and for cleaning it is important to check which type it is. Older pieces are more likely to be rhodium plated - the plating is what gives the jewelry the "white" color of white gold. It wears off over time, and using the gold polishing cloth would accelerate the wear. For this reason, we recommend cleaning rhodium plated white gold jewelry with the Jewel Sparkle Tissues.
NB If you have a rhodium-plated piece of jewellery that you wear regularly, you will probably need to ask your jeweller to replace it every few years.
Some newer white gold jewelry pieces do not have a rhodium plate because preferences have changed. For these pieces, you can use the gold polishing cloth.
