MIRA SOUTH SEA PEARLS KLG - RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS


RETURNS

The return period is 14 days and begins as soon as you receive your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns of pre-ordered, customised or personalised items.


RETURNS PROCEDURE

If you do not like the item you have ordered, you can make use of the 14-day right of return. You can return the item to the following address within this period:

Mira South Sea Pearls KLG, Schwaderloch 7, 8253 Diessenhofen

A prior appointment is required.

For returns by post or DHL, please proceed as follows:

1. pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding.
2. note on the delivery bill that it is a return shipment and place it in the shipping carton.
3. seal the parcel and affix the return label so that it is clearly visible.

Please note that the costs for the return shipment and any customs duties are to be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once we have received your return within the 14-day period, it will be subjected to a comprehensive quality check. If we cannot find any damage or signs of use, we will refund the purchase price.
Products that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be refunded.

When returning goods to us, an appointment must be made in advance.

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping costs incurred during the original purchase and return will be deducted from the sale price before the refund is issued.
Please note that pre-ordered or customized items are non-refundable.
