RETURN

The return period is 14 days and begins once you have received your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns on pre-ordered, customized or personalized items.


RETURN PROCEDURE

If you do not like the item you ordered, you can make use of the 14-day right of return. Within this period you can return the item to our studio in Zurich:

A prior appointment is required.

For returns by post or DHL, please proceed as follows:

1. Pack the unwanted item(s) in the original packaging with appropriate padding.
2. Note on the delivery note provided that this is a return shipment and place it in the shipping box.
3. Close the package and attach the return label provided in a clearly visible place.

Please note that the costs for return shipping and any customs duties are to be borne by the customer.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return within 14 days, it will undergo a comprehensive quality check. If we cannot find any damage or signs of use, we will refund the purchase price.
Products that have been used or show signs of wear cannot be refunded.

If you wish to return an item directly to our studio in Zurich, you must make an appointment in advance.

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping charges incurred during the original purchase and return will be deducted from the selling price before the refund is processed.
Please note that pre-ordered or custom-made items are non-refundable. ---
